The certified or cashier's check must be delivered to the Owner's (Construction and Properties) Offices prior to the Bid Opening; other bid securities may be uploaded during the completion of online electronic bidding. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. We propose to complete this work within two hundred seventy (270) days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed /WORK ORDER n submitting the bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the State of Oklahoma to reject any and all bids, and it is agreed that this bid may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of closing of same. Work is to start within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed/WORK ORDER
