Reference Number 0000274349 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/07/18 02:00:00 PM EDT The Supplier shall complete scheduled inspections, testing and maintenance activities, as-Needed maintenance and repair services including parts, to ensure that the equipment will function as designed and intended, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The term of the agreement(s) is to be for a period of tree (3) years with options in favour of the House of Commons to extend the agreement(s) on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The terms and conditions of the agreement(s) will be established through negotiations. The clauses in Appendix A - Terms and Conditions of the Resulting Agreement, will be the starting point for such negotiations. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
