Work and order of work shall be performed in the following order: administrative tasks, mobilization; public posting and notification; traffic regulation and construction area signs; clearing, grubbing, and environmental protection; remove concrete curb, gutter, valley gutter; replace unsuitable subgrade (if necessary), install concrete curb, gutter, valley gutter; HMA plug (if necessary); full depth HMA base repairs; demobilization; site clean-up and removal of any remaining construction materials or debris,sweeping, removal of any and all traffic regulation and construction area signs; and removal of all environmental protection.
