Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellflower, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Upon award, the selected respondent will be required to perform all Plumbing Contractor scope of work for the requirements included in the California Energy Commission (CEC) CalSHAPE Plumbing Program Guidelines (Attachment B). Scope of work applies to the attached list of school sites and associated funding (Attachment A). The scope of work is summarized herein and includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Bellflower Unified School District at purchasingservices@busd.k12.ca.us on or before July 22, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. CalSHAPE Plumbing Replacement Services Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 3300, each contractor shall possess at the time this contract is awarded a Class C-36 or a General Contractor's B License, legally issued by the Contractors State License Board. The successful bidder must maintain the license throughout the duration of this Contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive irregularities in any bid.
