Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Vista, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work generally consists of: Renovating the roof at the Wave Waterpark. This includes removal of existing roofing materials and gutters, replacing decking material as required, installing The Garland Company, Inc. roofing to the deck, parapets and sidewalls as required. New gutters and downspouts to be installed. See Appendix-A for specifications. Roofing materials from The Garland Company, Inc. will be purchased by the City of Vista. The Work to be constructed is located on: The Wave Waterpark, 101 Wave Drive in the City of Vista, California. Question Deadline 07/24/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Question Response Deadline: July 25, 2024, 4:00pm. All project related questions and requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, and deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation shall be submitted via "Q&A" through online. Determination of the lowest bid shall be based solely on the lowest TOTAL BASE BID. Unit prices shall prevail over extended total and grand total prices.
