This project consists of resurfacing St. Augustine Ave between S. Riverhills Drive and Pinehurst Avenue located in Temple Terrace, Florida 33617. Work includes full depth reclamation, pavement markings, speed humps and asphalt overlay. Description. This work in this Section consists of the preparation of a base course constructed by in-place pulverizing and blending of the existing bituminous pavement and a predetermined portion of the underlying materials, and the introduction of asphalt emulsion, cement, and other additives. Pulverize existing asphalt pavement and underlying base material by a method that does not damage the material below the design depth as shown in the Plans.
