Scope of Work: The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the replacement of (2) hydraulic cylinders in the Control Tower at Green River Lake, Kentucky in accordance with these specifications and requirements. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The Contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, measurements and estimates of quantities, administration, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 120 calendar days after the NTP. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
