Kountze: combine existing single phase genset and three phase genset to provide total site backup power. 3. Jasper: upgrade existing three phase genset to TxDOT standards to provide total site backup power. 4. Beaumont: combine the two existing three phase gensets to provide total site backup power as well as combining both buildings onto one service. 5. Port Arthur: combine existing three phase genset and single phase genset to provide total site backup power. 6. Anahuac: replace existing three phase genset downstream of mdp with a new genset at the service entrance to provide total site backup power except for office building. Questions deadline: 8/7/24
