Sewer System Improvements Improvements to the Wastewater system, including the extension of gravity sewer line with 1,575 LF of 8 SDR-35 PVC line and 654 LF of 8 Class 50 Ductile Iron Pipe. Constructed in the Birch Street/Ridge Ave. area, Freedom Drive, Independence Street, and Liberty Street area. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for the opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
