The project provides site improvements to accommodate a future shell building with a footprint of approximately 15,000 square feet (120x125) with additional area to expand in the future. The site improvements consist of a paved access drive, parking lot, loading area/truck court, domestic water service stub, fire line stub for future storage tank and sprinkler system, sanitary sewer service stub, storm drainage piping, and wet pond.
