General Information 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This requirement is being advertised as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Hybrid Firm Fixed Price / with Time and Materials CLINs one-time Purchase Order for inspection, testing, maintenance, and repairs needed for a 50,000-gallon tank, that is part of the fire suppression system at Letterkenny Army Depot. Services include providing the necessary parts and labor to make as needed repairs on the 50,000 gallon tank, that contains, control valves(sealed, locked, or electrically supervised) tank heating system (with remote electric supervision of water temperature), control valves (including drain valves), water level alarms and level indicators and an automatic fill valve, which must be inspected, repaired, and maintained to maintain operability. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror. 3. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 237110. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS $36.5 million. Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, in writing, no later than 31 July 2024.
