Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work to be done under this contract consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 73,397 lineal feet of sanitary sewers varying in size from 6-inch to 30-inch in diameter, utilizing cured-in- place pipe (CIPP) methods. The project is within the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Boundaries, inside the city(ies) of St. Louis and various municipalities in St. Louis County and unincorporated St. Louis County in the State of Missouri. The work will be performed in various quantities at various sites. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established a goal for Minority Business Enterprise (10% MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (10% WBE) utilization for construction contracts with State of Missouri or Federal funding. Workforce goal requirements of 14.7% Minority, 6.9% Women apply to contracts in the amount of $10,000 or more. The requirements are further explained in the attached Business Diversity Utilization and Workforce Program document. The Contractor shall commence work within ten (10) days after the date of written notice from the District to begin and shall complete all work within three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days
