Renovation of a municipal facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of this project is to replace the existing fire alarm system at the Hennepin County Public Safety Facility. New fire alarm control units and network riser to be installed parallel to existing system to maintain an active fire alarm system throughout the project with disruptions minimized. Integrated testing of the new fire alarm system with existing building systems including fire suppression, elevators, and smoke control systems is required. The scope includes all work and trades necessary to complete this project including cutting, patching, and painting of building elements that are impacted by this construction. CONSTRUCTION BUDGET The Owner's estimated construction cost for the Work is $2,180,000.00. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/7/2024 4:00 PM. Hennepin County reserves the right to extend the Proposal due date by addendum. Workforce: 32% minority workforce 20% female workforce Workforce Entry Program: 644 total hours
