Renovation of a residential development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority shall receive proposals for Security Camera System Upgrades at Heritage View Estates Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashiers Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The construction estimate range for this project is between $100000 - $ 125000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidder agrees to complete the work within 90 calendar days Bidder accepts the provisions of this Solicitation for liquidated damages in the amount of $750.00 CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of CMHA.
