The work consists of landscape maintenance; snow removal and ice watch services; and hardscape services as described in the Request for Bids. CONTRACTORS shall furnish all labor, supervisory personnel, materials and equipment necessary to properly maintain designated areas from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025, January 1, 2026 -December 31, 2026; January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027. NJSEA has the option (at its discretion) to extend the contract up to two additional years. This extension will be two one year contracts. BID must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of a bid bond, issued by a surety licensed in the State of New Jersey; or a certified check issued by a national bank or trust company and payable to the order of the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority, in the amount of 5% of the bid, the first year, but not exceeding $20,000.00, in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The NJSEA further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all firms submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the NJSEA reserves the right to re solicit bids.
