All questions shall be e-mailed to swbids@nisea.com The Work of this Contract generally consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and services necessary to complete the following: remove bird blinds and their respective floating platforms; drive helical piles in order to construct new bird blind platforms; construct new platforms and approaches using composite wood; repair the helical piles on four bridges within the trail; replace the cedar boards on the trail with composite wood; and, build new bird blinds, railing and toe kicks. In evaluating Bids, the NJSEA may consider the qualifications of the Bidders, whether or not the Bids comply with the prescribed requirements, and the alternate and unit prices requested in the Bid Forms. The NJSEA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to include or not include, after receipt of Bids, the alternate described in the Bid Forms. The Contract Documents contain specific requirements for submission of a bid. In conformance with Public Law 1977, Chapter 33, if the bidder is a corporation or partnership, it shall submit with the bid a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders/partners who have a ten percent or greater interest in the firm. The attention of all bidders is particularly called to the New Jersey State requirements regarding the conditions of employment to be observed, and the requirements of Public Law 1977, Chapter 127, regarding Affirmative Action.
