Bids for a contractor experienced in HVAC rooftop unit replacement for the NJSEA Engineering Building. The location is the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority NJSEA Engineering Building and will consist of the replacement of the existing 7.5 tons HVAC rooftop unit as specified in the bid. The term of this contract is for a one hundred and eighty (180) day period.
