Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

*Award subject to final approval. Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction - Dugald Rd from Ravenhurst St to 340m East of Ravenhurst. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Asphalt Reconstruction (i) Removal of existing pavement (ii) Sawcutting and removal of existing median slab (iii) Excavation (iv) Sub-grade compaction (v) Placement of geotextile and geogrid (geogrid is in two different layers) (vi) Placement of 100mm Granular A sub-base (vii) Placement of 50mm Granular A sub-base (viii) Placement of 20mm Granular A base course (ix) Construct 120 mountable curb (slip-form paving) (x) Placement of Type III asphaltic base course (two lifts of 70mm) (xi) Placement of Type 1A asphalt for (one lift of 50mm) (xii) Replacement of CSP culvert (xiii) Grading of side slopes using suitable site material (xiv) Placement of top soil and hydro-seeding The Bidder shall include in their Bid Submission bid security in the form of a digital bid bond, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
