Are we move any equipment and/or items in lab rooms as well as protect ANSWER: Any information boards of signage on the walls will need to be removed and reinstalled by the contractor. Eggshell is a softer sheen that makes touch ups easier, and also does a better job than satin sheen paints do at hiding imperfections can eggshell be used for the walls. A6. Agree that Eggshell is preferable however Laboratory personnel makes that decision. Q7. A higher end paint would need to be used for the semi-gloss trim and doors because semi-gloss will show all brush marks and stipple from the rollers. A higher end patent flows better. A7. All paint must be first tier manufacturer such as Sherwin-Williams, Behr, Benjamin Moore for example. Metal doors and trim should always be painted with enamel paint (again first tier manufacturer). Recycled paint is not allowed to be used. Q8. Could you share the square footage of the hallways and the number of doors that need to be painted A8. See answers provided to Question 2 and Question 5.
