Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor, material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Quote. Building Number: AS111 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to replace the carpet on the second floor with carpet tiles matching the first floor. Replace the stair treads in all three stairwells with a non-skid tread. Paint the entire corridor and stairwells one consistent color. Quote security is required to be submitted with each quote in accordance with the Instructions. State law requires a quote or offer to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder's preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied. Further instructions are contained within the Instructions section. Payment & Performance Bonds are required for all construction projects over $100,000.
