Video and Teleconferencing Equipment Service and Maintenance to existing video and teleconferencing equipment. SCOPE: This performance work statement (PWS) specifies the tasks to be performed, deliverables to be provided and performance objectives to be met in support of CNSL. Tier 1-3 level Maintenance. The contractor will respond to acknowledge trouble calls placed by N6 designated personnel within a 4-hour window during normal work hours (0700-1700 hrs), Monday-Friday, 52 week per year. Contractor technician will deploy to arrive on-site within 24 hours if corrective action cannot be provided via technical phonecon support within 2 hours of said technical phonecon support. Contracted services must be provided by a qualified audio video vendor, certified to maintain and program Cisco-Tandberg VTC equipment and Creston AV control equipment. CISCO licensed software is currently in place at HQ CNSL. Current configuration(s) must be maintained or if required, redesigned using DoD Navy CISCO GEMSS Program licensing. The contractor will be required and capable to assist as needed after the CNSL customer has downloaded, installed software upgrades and patches to all Cisco VTC codecs and related enclave appliances. To perform these duties, the contractor will need adequate background clearance to obtain an Unclassified and Secret network access account(s). CNSL IT's have account access to all CISCO equipment to support software downloads. Specific required experience, capabilities, and credentials for the contractor: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AV and VTC integration field of expertise. - Proper termination of various cable types to include Fiber Optic. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot conference room AV systems and equipment. - Install configure and troubleshoot Cisco Video Teleconferencing equipment. - Program audio Digital Signal Processors - Program Crestron control systems and touch panel GUI's - Experience troubleshooting and loading programming to Crestron control equipment. - Engineer and specify new AV VTC systems as required by HQ CNSL. - Troubleshoot and set up network devices. - Read, and understand system schematics. - Prepare system design and as-built drawings. - Provide training for system users. - Extron AV Associate - Tandberg TPE - Crestron certified programmer - CTS - Certified Technology Specialist - CTS-I Certified Technology Specialist Installation - Crestron DMC-D4K - BIAMP TesiraForte - A+ Certified - Security + Certified - Validation of Crestron, Cisco VTC, and industry AV credentials of contractor are to be demonstrated by resume.
