CITY OF RATON requests price quotations for contractor services including tree removal, construction of storm drainage system, and conserved egress access at 220 South First Street in Raton, New Mexico. Competitive sealed price quotations will be accepted by the City of Raton for the Storm Drainage on "Dangerous Premise" Project - Project No. COR-240808. These building improvements will be located at the rear of the building, as accessed through the alley. The work shall generally consist of installation of 26' of facia/flashing, 52' of 6" gutters, and 60' of 6" drainpipe. NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the CITY OF RATON requests price quotations for contractor services including tree removal, construction of storm drainage system, and conserved egress access at 220 South First Street in Raton, New Mexico Quoted prices shall include costs of work as specified, materials, mobilization, demobilization, labor, supervision, equipment operator, equipment, tools, loading, hauling, disposal, clean-up, and any ancillary expenses necessary for the complete performance of the work including, but not limited to, insurance, profit and overhead, utilities, fuel and other operating expenses, maintenance and repairs. No standby costs shall be claimed by Contractor or charged to Owner.
