Renovation of an educational facility in Goleta, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bid Security: Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120). License Requirement(s): B- (General Building Contractor) Description of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to replace two roof-top exhaust fans (EF-1 & EF-2) in the NW tower's mechanical penthouse, and associated ductwork, VFDs and controls. Storage of material by the University is not available. All staging and lay-down areas, including adjacent roof top areas must be protected and restored to their original condition.
