License Requirement(s): B- (General Building Contractor) Description of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to replace two roof-top exhaust fans (EF-1 & EF-2) in the NW tower's mechanical penthouse, and associated ductwork, VFDs and controls. Storage of material by the University is not available. All staging and lay-down areas, including adjacent roof top areas must be protected and restored to their original condition.
