The overall intent of this Contract is to provide a means whereby the Department can provide a quick response to install/repair/modify traffic and pedestrian signalization improvements, signing and pavement markings, minor concrete and pavement improvements for a period of two (2) years or until the contracted amount has been reached. Question Deadline 08/07/2024 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions posted to this site will be responded to by the Department. For questions posted after this time, an answer cannot be assured. For all questions posted before the deadline, FDOT will provide and post responses on online. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
