**As of October 18, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit (TCU) Baseline Fire Center Dormitory (Dorms) Five (5) and Six (6) and Restroom Restoration as described herein:Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to restore Dorms Five (5) and Six (6) and Restrooms which shall include new walls, repaired ceiling mechanical duct work, updated plumbing, instantaneous water heater, power receptacles, and light fixtures.
