Site work and paving for a road / highway in Petoskey, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Estimated cost is $150,000. To provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to replace $150,000 of linear feet along the Little Traverse Bay Wheelway Non-Motorized Trail beginning 1,810 feet east of Townline Road (where 2021 repairs ended). The work will include side trenching, pulverizing of asphalt paving, fine grading and compaction of aggregate base, installation of root control measures, bituminous paving and restoration. Rejection Waiver: The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities and to make an award that is deemed to be in the best interest of the CITY.
