Description

Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Towson, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a five-story above grade educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

Construction Manager for the new Towson University Smith Hall project in Baltimore, MD. The proposed project includes the construction of a new 5-story East building connected to a fully renovated West building. The proposed project includes the construction of a new 5-story East building connected to a fully renovated West building. The RFP is solely focused on the solicitation of the electrical long lead equipment, specifically the generator and switchgear package as specified in the Early Release MEP package. Arch Energy is seeking pricing proposals for the generator and switchgear through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
