Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Orangevale, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services for the Orangevale Community Center Park Parking Lot Connection Project. Formal Bidding Procedure: All bids shall be made and presented only on the forms presented by the District. Bids shall be received in the District offices at 6826 Hazel Avenue, Orangevale, California, 95662 and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above stated time and place. Any bids received after the time specified above or after any extensions due to material changes shall be returned unopened. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON MONDAY, July 8, 2024 AT 9:30 AM AT THE PROJECT SITE 6826 HAZEL AVENUE, ORANGEVALE, CA 95662. Any contractor bidding on the Project who fails to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. All questions from bidders are due by Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. PST. Answers will be provided on Thursday, July 11, 2024 by the conclusion of the business day. Bids must be received at the District Office no later than Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. PST Award of this Contract requires a valid California contractors license with the classification identified above at the time of award and throughout the duration of this Contract. The Contractorís California State License Number shall be clearly stated on the bidderís proposal. Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents. Copies of the bid documents, plans and specifications are available at the office of the District, 6826 Hazel Avenue, Orangevale, California between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Complete plans and specifications are available on the Districtís website at www.ovparks.com.
