Stennett Park Walking Trail The City of Eupora is soliciting Requests for Quotes (hereinafter referred to as RFQ) to perform construction services for a 10' wide x 2770' long asphalt walking track at Stennett Park - 185 Spud Stennett Drive. The selected contractor would provide construction and utility services to the City of Eupora for a predetermined design / layout for the public walking track. Submitting contractors must demonstrate they have experience in similar development projects. The selected firm will be responsible for all services needed to complete the project. Basic services shall include all necessary foundation , base work, paving, and cleanup, as well as any other professional services necessary for the design, permitting and construction for the project. Project specific activities to be provided include cost estimating, coordination and construction of the project. Construction begins: or before September 1, 2024 The City of Eupora would like to complete this project by November 15, 2024 in order to meet the requirements of grant funding related to the project. The work to be completed will include Preparation of walkway installation 10 feet in width and 2770 feet in length, Installation of GEO fabric between walkway and asphalt to prevent cracking, sealcoat within 6 months of installation, with compacted granite installed 4" thick, 10 feet in width and 2770 feet in length, clean up and haul off. The chosen contractor must be able to respond to and comply with all elements listed in this section. Failure to comply can and will result in termination of a bid proposal or service contract.
