Each general bid must include a DCAMM update statement and certificate of eligibility. Question Acceptance Deadline 07/29/2024 11:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Starting Date: Project shall commence upon receipt of a fully executed contract . On-site work shall commence no earlier than September 09, 2024, and shall be Substantially Complete on or before October 11, 2024, with Final Completion no later than October 18, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason. This project consists of the following: Remove exisitng roofing down to existing sheathing & construct a new vented roof system, repairing the rake edge detailing and new copper flashing & scuppers. Repaint all wood roof trim.
