As of November 12,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Hill Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation. The City of Gloucester's Department of Public Works seeks an experienced vendor to rehabilitate the Bond Hill Water Storage Tank in accordance with the project drawings. The scope of work includes cleaning the interior of the tank and components, remove deteriorated concrete and debris, repair concrete cracks, install two new hatches, furnish a new OSHA compliant fall prevention system, and install two new OSHA compliant interior ladders. Project must be completed by April 1, 2025 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
