Reference Number: 0000357950 Testing and Maintenance Projects for City of La Junta Airbase, Gardner and Light Plant Substations. Scope of Work 1. Liquid Filled Transformer Testing a. Perform tests on Power Transformer #1 and LTC in accordance with Section 6.2 and 6.20 of the enclosed specification. i. The City of La Junta will perform all switching operations. ii. The City of La Junta will disconnect the transformer prior to maintenance. iii. Transformer #1 is located in the City of La Junta Substation on Otero Ave. iv. The transformer has a rating of 7500/9375 kVA OA/FA 55 C, 69-13.8 kV. v. The transformer includes an LTC with controller.
