The City is seeking qualified contractors to submit proposals for the On-Call Catch Basin and Drain Cleaning Program and all associated tasks. The contract will be in the amount of up to $300,000 annually (up to $ 1,500,000 total over a five-year period). This multi-year agreement covers catch basin and drain cleaning and other tasks, including Mobilization, Traffic Control, Clean Catch Basin, Clean Drain Pipe, Sand Removal, Clean Under-Sidewalk Drain, and Fabricate and Install CPS units. The cost proposal should clearly include all quantities and costs (ranges) by the appropriate unit of measure and based on economies scale. This arrangement ensures the continuous upkeep and enhancement of these parking facilities to meet the community's needs effectively. The Contractor shall perform all work within the time agreed upon with the City, and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Palm Desert ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") for On-Call Catch Basin and Drain Cleaning Program ("Services") to establish a Maintenance Services Agreement ("Agreement").
