2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 200 et seq, in addition to the statutory authority requirements, and programmatic guidance governing the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Program The City of Bristol reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any and all minor irregularities or informalities in any bid. The scope of work and specifications forthis Invitation to Bid shall be as follows: The City of Bristol is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and licensed Florida Contractor to provide protection to three potable water wells and six wastewater lift stations. This project is for the purchase and setup of emergency generator systems to reduce and/or mitigate the damage that might otherwise occur from severe weather or other hazards. The Scope of Work for the proposed project shall provide protection by acquiring three (3) 47 kW portable generators, or generators of an adequate size determined by the selected vendor or electrical engineer during the bidding process, to provide backup powerto three (3) potable water wells and six (6) wastewater lift stations. The generators shall be stored at a location protected against a 500-year flood event, outside the Special Flood Hazard Area and shall be protected against wind with a rated enclosure based on their location requirements.
