This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF24Q0037 and is issue as a Request for Quotation to establish a Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide road surface maintenance to the Wrangell Ranger District (WRD) road system. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide road surface maintenance to the WRD road system as described in the Performance Work Statement and Schedule of Items and Price Sheet. Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at Wrangell Island, Alaska. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be from Date of Award until 31 August 2025. Questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email to Veronica.LamboySantana@usda.gov and Raymond.Padgett@usda.gov no later than Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 1:00 PM (AKDT). The answers shall be posted in SAM.gov no later than Friday, July 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM (AKDT).
