Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) is soliciting vendor(s) for annual sod restoration services at various locations across their service areas, primarily within the City, County and state right-of-ways or within GRU utility easements. This work is often located in residential areas. The vendor will be expected to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the replacement of sod associated with routine water, wastewater, electric, gas, or telecommunication system construction activities. The locations, size, and type of sod will vary from site to site. Responses will be electronically unsealed publicly opened at the time and place indicated in the Solicitation and will be available for inspection upon notice of award or intended Award, or within thirty (30) calendar days after the opening of Responses, whichever occurs first. Prices may be publicly disclosed on GRU's eProcurement Portal at the sole discretion of GRU Procurement.
