Reference Number 0000357967 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2413.C2681276 Delivery Point 1711 Miner St., Idaho Springs, CO 80452 Piggyback Contract No The City of Idaho Springs (City) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to provide Consulting Services in support of the City's Downtown Mobility Plan for the area northeast of Exit 240 on Interstate 70 (I-70). The Downtown Mobility Plan is estimated at $40 million in program costs and includes the following major elements: Mobility Hub/Transit Center to accommodate multiple transit options such as the Colorado Department of Transportation's Bustang, Snowstang and Pegasus, Clear Creek County's Roundabout, Greyhound, Loveland Ski Area's employee bus, ride sharing, and park and ride. Parking Structure to accommodate approximately 280 vehicles with certain spaces designated for transit and electric vehicle charging. Parking Lot improvements to the existing central and east downtown parking lots to maximize efficiency and traffic flows. Roundabout on the north side of Exit 240 to circulate vehicles between the on and off ramps of I-70, the mobility hub and parking structure, and the existing downtown streets.
