All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials for construction of approximately 16,500 feet of 16" C900 PVC waterline. Work includes but is not limited to hydrants, valves, tie-ins, new service line connections, erosion control, earthwork, cutting, patching, and repaving of roads, and all appurtenances as specified and required for a complete and functional system. The work also includes up to four creek crossings under a Nationwide Permit. All materials as indicated on the drawings and the specifications will be provided by the Contractor and must be installed along with the completion of all associated site work related to the new potable water line. The City reserves the right to reduce the or increase the scope of the work at the agreed unit prices at any time during the duration of the contract.
