Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Idaho Springs, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Clear Creek County officials seeks the services of a qualified architectural firm to design and engineer a roughed-in space within a large building. The space will serve as a dynamic, multifunctional area for youth programming, with functional features and creative design elements. The space currently has an open ceiling at approximately 15 feet high, and its electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems require design, engineering, and completion. Estimated Notice of Intent Award March 17, 2025 Estimated Starting Date ASAP Completion Deadline June 1, 2025 Question Deadline 02/28/2025 Prior to the Pre-Submittal Meeting, applicants may submit written questions to Beth Luther, Clear Creek County Representative via email to timryan@clearcreekcounty.us . Questions will be complied and every effort will be made to answer the questions at the time of the Pre-Submittal Meeting. A question and answer period will also be available after the Pre-submittal meeting. Deadline for Responses to Submitted Questions March 3, 2025. The County reserves the right to reject any and all Responses and to waive any informality, technical defects or clerical errors in any Reponses as the best interest of the County may require. Selection procedures will be conducted in conformance with all applicable qualifications-based selection requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
