The Town of New Hartford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Mud Creek Flood Control at Sangertown The Project includes the following Work: Temporary diversion of Mud Creek Construction of a reinforced concrete spillway structure for Mud Creek Construction of a rip-rapped auxiliary spillway in existing embankment Modification to an existing detention basin s spillway Wetland mitigation construction on adjacent golf course property Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Jason Brown, Dunn & Sgromo Engineers - jbrown@dunnandsgromo.com 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered NOTE: Stream work will be limited to May 15, 2025 to September 15, 2025 as per the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. The Project will be substantially completed by September 2025. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm beginning July 11, 2024. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
