Work to begin August 19, 2024 A. General Construction: Excavation and backfilling the concrete support slab, providing and installing board insulation under the slab, furnish and install the concrete slab, provide and install the addition framing, provide and install the exterior windows, supply and install the interior doors, supply and install the drywall and texturing, supply and install the exterior wall and roof sheathing, supply and install the exterior Tyvek wall covering, supply and install the rolled roofing paper on the addition. Also included is the supply and installation of vertical metal upper exterior wall panels and soffit for the existing town hall structure and the new addition. Provide an exterior wall panel product manufacture and sample with your quotation. Insulation supplied and installed by other. B. Metal roof covering: Removal of the existing two metal roof layers on the existing town hall structure, construct 2'- 0" overhang framing on the existing structure, supply and install new metal roof panels on the existing town hall main structure, existing storage building attached to the existing structure, existing reconstructed HVAC structure, two awnings on the existing town hall structure and the metal roof on the new structure. Roof panels are not specified. Provide a product manufacture and sample you will be installing within your quotation. C. Exterior wall stone: Supplying and installing the lower 38 inch exterior river rock panelized wall facing on the new addition, the South exterior wall of the addition as shown on the drawings, lower 38" of the entire perimeter of the existing town hall structure and the lower 38 of the entire West face of fire/maintenance building. Provide the a manufactures product you have included in your quotation. D. HVAC system for addition: Provide the design, state required design approvals, and provide a complete operational HVAC system to heat and cool the town hall addition. Provide the manufactures name and model included in your proposal. E. Plumbing: Provide and install the plumbing fixtures and associated plumbing system as required for a complete operational Unisex rest room as shown on the drawings. F. Electrical: Provide a complete design to meet state and local codes, provide and install all materials included in your design including but not limited to, wire, switches, outlets, light fixtures, rest room fan, distribution panel and cable from the existing town hall main panel to the addition distribution panel.
