The roof projects may be executed individually or in groups as determined by DCPP at the time the RFP (Step Two) is issued. Phasing of the roof replacement program is expected, and sequencing will be confirmed in the subsequent RFP. It is the County's intent to award one contract per project or group of projects. Contractors should include, within their SOI, a list of all the project sites that they are stating interest in. Statement indicating the contracting firm's commitment in meeting the Minority Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation goals, with a preference for meaningful engagement. Historically, 24% MBE and 10% WBE are the typical MBE/WBE goals for Cook County's construction contracts.
