Project has been Rebid 1312-16 S Harding Ave, Chicago IL. 60632 The project scope of work is for interior and exterior renovation of the apartments located at 1312-16 S. Harding Avenue. All 18 existing units are currently unoccupied. The Harding Apartments consist of a three-story masonry structure with Level 1 concrete floor slab, Level 2 & 3 wood floor joists and wood truss roof. It is approximately twenty-six feet (26') from grade to the roof edge at the east, west, and south facades. The main entrance is located at the east elevation and accessed via a sidewalk from South Harding Avenue. There are currently 18 residential units, 6 per floor, accessed from a new enclosed interior stair from the primary entrance and a new rear stair. 1323-39 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago IL. 60632 The project scope of work is for interior and exterior renovation of the apartments located at 1323-39 S. Kedzie Avenue. All 18 existing units are currently unoccupied The Kedzie Apartments consist of a three-story masonry structure with Level 1 concrete floor slab, Level 2 & 3 wood floor joists and wood truss roof. It is approximately twenty-six feet (26') from grade to the roof edge at all four facades. The main entrance is located at the west elevation and accessed via a sidewalk from South Kedzie Avenue. There are currently 18 residential units, 6 per floor, accessed from a new enclosed interior stair from the primary entrance and a new rear stair. The work for the two properties includes but is not limited to exterior improvements of all facades including the new enclosed main and rear entrances, new parking lot, walkways, patio, fencing and landscape. Interior alterations include new electrical HVAC systems, new electrical service and distribution, and new plumbing systems and fixtures. New interior finishes include new studs, drywall , paint, flooring, doors and hardware, kitchen layout, casework, and lighting. Each unit will have its own mechanical room.
