Services included but not limited to architecture, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, environmental, sustainability, and accessibility. New Community Center & Resiliency HUB at (AMP-1) Willis Ave. Family Development. Existing Community Center to be demolised and is located at 148 Exchange Ave., Medford, MA. Time Period for Completed Project 30 months. (C) A community space that is able to be subdivided approx. 2,000 to 3,000sf o Office area for community center staff o Restrooms as required by code o Community kitchen. Not a commercial kitchen o Healthy indoor air quality is ofkey importance. Material selection should be Focused on non-toxic choices.
