The City of Willard, Missouri, is requesting qualifications from interested engineering firms to provide structural/construction engineering services to the City. The selected firm will assist the City with engineering services related to its wastewater collection system. It is anticipated that this RFQ process will result in a one-time agreement between the City and the selected engineering firm to diagnose, recommend improvements and/or updates, reduce I&I to unlock capacity and produce a report detailing findings, cost to repair, update, improve and repair the system to reduce I&I. Firms will be reviewed based on the following criteria: A. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to the type of services being requested; B. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; C. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; and D.
