Parking Lot Renewal and Concrete Curbs for Lakeview Library. Without limiting the Project Scope, which is outlined in detail in Appendix C, the selected Paving Contractor shall be responsible for providing the following: - Asphalt paving renewal for the entire parking lot including granular removal and replacement as per the Civil engineering drawings - Localized concrete curb replacement as per the Civil engineering drawings, - Replacement of all pre-cast concrete bumper blocks with poured concrete curbs as per the Civil engineering drawings. - Extending the existing concrete pad for the waste receptacle as per the Civil engineering drawings. - Reconstruction of the accessible ramp serving the main entrance of the building to meet the City of Mississauga Facility Accessibility Design Standards (FADS) as per the Civil engineering drawings. - Provision for future addition of Level 2 EV Charging Station - supply and install 2-2" PVC underground conduits terminated in junction boxes at the building façade and at grade to meet the City of Mississauga - Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Standard (EVCS) as per the Civil engineering drawings. - Provision for future addition of digital electronic signage - supply and install 2-2" PVC underground conduits terminated in junction boxes at the building façade and at grade as per the Civil engineering drawings.
