CR Number: 2111951 The principal features of the work to be performed under this contract involves labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as specified for the abandonment of four (4) underground storage tanks and associated pipe removal during a six (6) month period. Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the 1st quarter of 2025. Contract term: 180 Consecutive Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed There will not be a pre bid meeting/walk through. All questions regarding this contract shall be submitted via email prior to 4:00 PM on Friday, August 2, 2024, to Christopher Vella, Project Manager III, at cvella@nassaucountyny.gov. No interpretation of the meaning of the Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Prospective bidders must request in writing such interpretation from the Commissioner and such interpretation will be given in writing in the form of written addenda, to all prospective bidders, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Item G. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
