The proposed roadways to be resurfaced under this contract, may include but not be limited to the following: Beacon Hill Road from Port Washington Blvd (NY101) to Summit Rd/West Shore Rd, Cody Avenue from Scudders Ln to Glenwood Rd, Glen Avenue from Prospect Ave to Glen Cove Ave, Grove Street from School House Hill Rd to Cody Ave, Hollow Lane from LIE South Service Rd to New Hyde Park Rd, LIE North Service Road from South Oyster Bay Rd to North Broadway (NY107), LIE South Service Road from Lakeville Rd to Shelter Rock Rd, Old Shore Road from Shore Rd to Pleasant Ave, Orchard Beach Road from Manorhaven Blvd. to End, Manetto Hill Road from Northern State Parkway E/B ent-exit to Woodbury Rd, Piping Rock Road from Chicken Valley Rd to Wolver Hollow Rd, Plainview Road from Park Ave to approx. 120' east of South Gate, Pleasant Avenue from Shore Rd to Old Shore Rd, School House Hill Road from Grove St to Glenwood Rd, Sea Cliff Avenue from Glen Cove Ave to Cedar Swamp Rd, Wheatly Road from Cedar Swamp Rd (NY107) to Northern Blvd (NY25A), Wolver Hollow Road from Northern Blvd (NY25A) to Chicken Valley Rd. The work includes labor, materials, tools, equipment. and incidentals as specified for the resurfacing of asphalt and/or concrete surfaces and other related work at various locations in Nassau County. Your bid shall be based upon a Notice to Proceed to be issued in the 2nd Quarter of 2025. No interpretation of the meaning of the Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Prospective bidders must request in writing such interpretation from the Commissioner and such interpretation will be given in writing in the form of written addenda, to all prospective bidders, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, Item G.
