Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Madisonville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of this contract comprises the construction and installation of a new influent pump station for the existing West St. Tammany Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Base Bid includes, but is not limited to, wet well, pumps, electrical panels, pumpbuilding, open channel with bar screen, yard piping, and a concrete foundation pad, conduit and hook-ups for a generator. Bid Alternate #1 includes, but is not limited to, a generator sized to run not only the pump station, but also the treatment plant in the event of power outage. If the work is estimated at $50k or more A Bid Guarantee of five percent (5%) of the amount of the total Bid, including Alternates, must accompany the Proposal and, at the option of the Bidder, may be a cashier's check, certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond. Performance and Payment Bond in an amount of at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
